Partial Hospitalization Information

We offer an individualized program that includes empirically supported therapy, dietetics counseling, and psychiatric support in both individual and group settings. This program is ideal for individuals who need more support than outpatient therapy can offer, or who are transitioning out of residential or partial hospital programs.

Throughout the program, clients can expect to have a primary therapist, secondary therapist (5 days a week attendance only), a dietitian, and a comprehensive multiculturally sensitive treatment team dedicated to their recovery. Our therapists are trained in treating comorbid diagnoses, with specific expertise in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, and anxiety disorders, and are trained to work with a range of populations.

Partial Hospitalization clients are offered daytime or evening outpatient schedules, depending on their individual treatment requirements.  Your schedule is based on clinical need.

The following Groups are included:
Meal Therapy, Perfectionism, Eating Disorder Thoughts, Exposure, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, CBT Body Image, Cooking, Meal Outing

We use an evidence-based model that includes a heavy emphasis on exposure therapy and cognitive therapy. We aid you to understand the core fears and address them through skills that help you manage and tolerate distress, regulate your mood without the use of your eating disorder, and work on real world problems. Negative thinking patterns are altered to become adaptive thinking patterns which typically reduce anxiety and depression symptoms along with increasing positive body thoughts, self-esteem, and overall social functioning. We have a holistic approach when treating a person; not just focusing on symptom reduction or weight restoration. We pride ourselves on providing individualized treatment, exposures, and therapy so that each individual reaches his or her best version of him or herself.

NOTE: We are in-network with Anthem, Humana, Passport, and will work with most other insurance companies to receive a single case agreement to cover your care.
