Learning to cook for yourself is an essential life skill. To be well and live a balanced like, we need to learn how to incorporate all foods that we enjoy into what we eat every day. Having a strained relationship with food can make preparing food for ourselves challenging and scary. Let us help you become more comfortable with food again by practicing some new cooking skills by preparing a variety of recipes. Class will include an entree and sides which we will enjoy together when the meal is complete! This group meets every Monday at 4pm with Michelle Eckhart, RD.
