Mindful Self Compassion Group

Mindful Self-Compassion, or MSC, is a group designed to directly remove shame and self-blame, and has been shown by research to improve psychiatric symptoms. Along with self-compassion skills taught during group, you will receive meditation instruction, reading lists, and a host of other resources to truly become your own best friend. This group meets on Mondays at 11am; it is led by Dr. Broderick Sawyer, PsyD.
