Mindful Eating Group

Participants will learn and practice strategies to apply mindfulness to eating and food choices. We will consider hunger, fullness, satiety, taste satisfaction, emotional eating, and favorite foods. Individuals will explore the basic skills that support a mindful eating practice and increase the capacity to fully and accurately experience food and eating. This group meets every Tuesday at 5:30pm with Mary Curnutte, RD.
