She studied Event Management at Sullivan University, where she has gone on to plan and decorate weddings. Prior to working at the Louisville Center, her professional background was in young child education.

She enjoys giving back to her community, and is actively involved in a local non-profit charity. In her free time she enjoys yard-sales, restoring old furniture, crafts  and spending time with her family.
